2023 CSA Medical Supply.com College Scholarship

CSA Medical Supply.com is excited to offer our inaugural college scholarship designed to aid college students in their academic endeavors. One student will be awarded a $1000 scholarship.
In order to qualify for our Summer 2023 scholarship, please submit an essay, poem, or short story about how you overcame a personal challenge.

Eligibility Requirements

In order to qualify for the scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

Be at least 17 years old
Be enrolled at an accredited 4-year educational institution at the undergraduate level
Be a legal resident of the US or possess a valid student visa
Maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0
Have not at any time been subject to any disciplinary action by any institution or entity, including, not limited to, any education or law enforcement agency

Scholarship Selection Process

Submissions will be evaluated by a team of CSA Medical Supply employees. All submissions must be received by June 30, 2023. Winner will be selected based on merit and creativity. The winner's work, along with his or her name and photo will be featured on CSA Medical Supply blog! Your work will also be featured on our Facebook Page. The Winner of our 2023 scholarship will be notified by phone and email.

Scholarship Topic

For our Summer 2023 scholarship, the topic will be "Personal Challenge". Please submit an essay, poem, or short story about how you overcame a personal challenge. There are no minimum or maximum word lengths for this contest but please feel free to write as little or as many words as you need to describe your personnel challenge and how you overcame it.

Entries must be postmarked by July 17, 2023. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

The application package must be e-mailed to info@csamedicalsupply.com on or before July 17, 2023. Prior to the submission of applications, student applicants may send questions via e-mail to info@csamedicalsupply.com.

Winners will be notified through email by July 31, 2023
