We offer free shipping on all orders inside the United States. There is no minimum order amount, or order size to qualify for free shipping. All items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and arrive in 2-3 days. Please note due to covid shipping might be delayed .Shipping can not be guaranteed at this time.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. (Returns must be unused in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Note there will be a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping if you ordered the wrong product or the wrong size.
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Nearly all of our products carry manufacturer warrants up to 1 year. If a product is defective or non operational simple return it to us, and we will supply you with a replacement.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
How will the customer receive their refund?
The customer will receive a credit to their credit card or original method of payment for the purchase amount.
How long until the customer receives their refund?
Once your return is received and inspected by our returns centers, you will receive your return in 24 to 48 hours. Your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
