Do You Accept HSA & FSA cards?

Yes at CSA Medical Supply we accept health saving cards and flexible spending cards. You can use your FSA & HSA cards at checkout just like your credit or debit card. 

Shipping

Shipping Within the U.S.

CSA Medical Supply ships to all US States and territories. Including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses (for military personnel). All orders inside the United States include Free Shipping! All items are shipped by UPS, FedEx, and USPS. 

Shipping Outside the U.S.

CSA  Medical Supply does offer international shipping on many of our products. If you are looking to purchase a product and have it shipped international please contact us prior to placing your order to receive a shipping quote. 

How long will it be before I receive my order?

All orders received before 3 pm eastern time will be shipped out next day by UPS/FedEx. All orders will arrive in 2-5 days after purchase. Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Is Signature Confirmation Required?

 We do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.

What is your return Policy?

At CSA Medial Supply we offer a 30 day return policy. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your item simply return it to use within 30 days.  

  

Is There A Shipping Charge For Returns?

Yes customer is responsible for return shipping.  

Just Returned My Purchase How Long Does It Take To Receive My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected by our returns centers, you will receive your return in 24 to 48 hours.

Is My Product Covered By A Warranty?

Yes CSA Medical Supply is a authorized dealer/distributor of all the products we offer on our site. As authorized dealers all of our items are covered by manufacturer warranties. Depending on the product you purchased your manufacturer may offer a warranty up to 1 year. For more information about your products warranty refer to the products page.

Do You Charge Sales Tax

CSA Medical Supply charges 6% sales tax to customers located in Florida. Customers in the other 49 states are not subject to sales tax.
